Westcott receives a letter from Dahme, Germany signed by a Continental Adept whose motto was Ex Uno Disce Omnes.  The letter regretfully reports that Fraulein Sprengel had died on July 20, 1890.  It further states that Sprengel went against her fellow Chiefs in granting permission to “perform ceremonies in large lodges” and “they would not correspond until they find out how this change affects the Order.”  There would be no future contact nor communication.
